1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Gutter Guy Sydney or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site.
2. Nature of Services (Matchmaker Model)
We operate a lead-generation and matchmaking platform. We do not perform gutter cleaning. We connect customers with independent providers who operate under their own ABN, insurance and licenses. Once we share contact details, the relationship continues independently of our platform.
3. Payments & Financial Independence
All payments for work are strictly between the customer and the independent provider. We do not accept, process, or hold payments for services. We do not set pricing, dictate payment methods, or issue invoices for provider work. Refunds, cancellations, and workmanship disputes are handled directly between the two parties.
For providers only: if a duplicate lead or system error occurs, we may issue a discretionary credit/refund of any lead fee after internal verification. This does not create any obligation regarding customer/provider transactions.
4. ABN Verification & Provider Duties
Providers must maintain a valid ABN and appropriate insurance. We may check ABN status via public data, but we do not guarantee ongoing validity or quality. Providers are responsible for compliance, workmanship, and safety.
5. Liability, Warranties & Indemnities
We provide introductions “as-is” without warranties (express or implied). We are not liable for delay, damage, loss, personal injury, property damage, non-performance, or misconduct by any party. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your direct arrangements with providers.
6. Communication, SMS & Consent
By submitting a request, you consent to emails/SMS relating to your job. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Providers must contact customers within respectful hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All site content (text, logos, images) belongs to Gutter Guy Sydney / IronClad2025. Do not scrape, copy, or misuse. Do not post illegal, defamatory, or abusive material.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or policy violations, with or without notice.
9. Governing Law (NSW)
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes are subject to NSW jurisdiction.
